Smashville Green Phase Precautions & Guidelines
1. Precautions & Guidelines
A. Please stay home if you have the following symptoms.
• Cough • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing • Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell.
B. Non-members and spectators are NOT allowed.
C. Physical distancing (6-feet) is mandatory. Crowding IS NOT ALLOWED in any area.
D. All coaches or non-playing staff should wear face masks.
E. Masks are encouraged for all players as much as possible and required in lobby areas.
F. Players are required to wear a glove on non-playing hand & wash hands after each game.
G. Players must use touchless sign-in & electronic payment systems.
H. Total players shall be limited to 12 per time block with 30 min-interval between blocks.
I. Feather shuttles should be DISCARDED in the trash following play.
J. If nylon shuttles are used, they will be treated with a portable UV-C lamp post-play.
K. All matches and practice sessions shall be pre-scheduled with reserved spots.
L. Following play, all members will help sweep courts, remove any trash and wipe down surfaces.
M. The water fountain may be used for ONLY FOR bottle refills.
2. Procedures for reservation
A. Monthly Unlimited Members will have Priority advance registration privileges. Players may reserve 3 days ahead of play day for 1 spot per day. The day before play, staff will post a list of accepted players for each time block at each location. No additional players are permitted.
B. Members not on an Unlimited Monthly plan must pre-purchase an Online Punchcard.
Each punch card costs $60 and is good for 10-sessions.

Hosts or our student interns will activate your card. Each time you sign in, 1 session will be utilized and you will be able to see your remaining balance in the upper righthand info area.
C. Everyone should request reservation using https://smashville.us/app/
3. Procedures for entry and play
A. Prior to play, all players must sign the waiver and accept risk.
B. Upon arrival, players must sign-in online from their own device using the “Daily Sign-in” function, which may include several health screening questions. https://smashville.us/app/
C. Players are required to wash hands with soap and water following each game. At the Pottstown facility we have a new “touchless” hand sanitizer dispenser near the entry, and we are installing touchless soap dispensers near each sink.
D. Players will need to bring their own gloves. A sports or golfing glove lends more comfort than surgical gloves, however we plan to have some disposables on hand for emergencies.
4. Private lessons (single player) and Semi-private (2 players) are resuming,
however. group lessons/sessions remain postponed as a precautionary measure.
